Today on MVGA podcast I had a great conversation with Cpl Jimenez. Jimenez served for four years active duty Marine Corps and went on one deployment. He talked about how gang banging since 8th grade and getting arrested by the school safety officer in high school led him into the Marine Corps. Talks about how hurting his hip led him to be wheel chair bound and caused him to lose his motivation. How mind over matter played a role in his recovery and his every day life. CPL Jimenez opens up on not knowing he had ptsd until he talked to his doctor and how we have to face our demons to conquer and overcome life.
