Episode 8: TSgt LUJAN
Show Notes

Today on MVGA podcast I had the opportunity to talk with TSGT LUJAN. TSGT LUJAN served six years active duty in the Army with two combat deployments. Lujan was out for a month before he got a call from an Airforce Reserve Recruiter and signed back up. He explains how college money and his fathers old war stories led him into the Army. Lujan spoke about what his new normal became and explains why he believes depression is a good thing. He even opened up about how suicide has personally affected his family. I truly appreciate TSgt Lujan for coming on and opening up. I'm not gunna lie it makes me feel good hearing that I am inspiring others to share their stories and reach out to fellow brothers and sisters in arms. Mental health is not anything to be taken lightly. This podcast inspires me to continue, to do better, and to be better. Please if you are suffering, struggling, or hurting reach out. Get some help, or have a conversation with someone. I promise you, you are not alone!
