Today on MVGA podcast I had the opportunity to sit down and talk with SGT Tosi. SGT Tosi served eight years in the Marine Corps and went on one deployment. During our talk he explained why for safety reasons he joined the Marines. I know what your thinking you join the Marines to be safe... tune in to find out how that makes sense. He explains how he was able to stay positive and keep his motivation after two NJP’s in four months. Also he explained how he was able to get two promotions in two years after the NJP’s.
