CPL McKinney

Did you know that Veterans are 57% more likely to commit suicide than those who have not served? This episode is unique because we did the podcast while CPL McKinney was enjoying his time in his first Hurricane. All joking aside my thoughts and prayers are with everyone affected by Hurricane Ian. CPL McKinney and I discussed his wild side before the Marine Corps which ended up getting him sent to boarding school for his senior year of high school. We briefly talked about his time on active reserve and touched on his deployment to Iraq. CPL McKinney talks about how his hobby of spearfishing and free diving is therapeutic for him and is one of his positive coping mechanisms.
