CPL Edwards

In this episode, I had the privilege of talking to CPL Edwards. I truly appreciate his willingness to open up and talk about his life and the life lessons he experienced. CPL Edwards talks about how he used to live life from one significant event to the next significant event, and how unsustainable that was. He opens up and talks about the downfall of his marriage and the events that lead to their divorce.  It surprised me how mentally strong he is with his ability to take accountability for his actions and his role in those events. He talks about how he uses self shadow work to improve himself as a person. It helps him see that there is just not one side of every situation, helps him see where he comes short, and helps CPL Edwards take accountability for his actions.
